- 10% discount for 10 or more bookings made at same time.
- Hire fees for periods 2, 4 and 5 will be reduced by £5 where they are to extend to an adjacent hire period AND if 10 or more sessions are booked at the same time.
- £68 surcharge for events serving alcohol or sit-down food or live performance.
- A £250 damage deposit is required for Saturday evening functions.
- £100 will be deducted from deposit if the fire alarm is set off by non-adherence or greater deduction if the fire brigade is called out.
- 20% deposit is required to reserve the booking.
- Extension until Midnight for Saturday only. The building must be cleaned and vacated by 00:30, the mains power in the hall automatically switches off at 23:45.
